As We Know It

The forces of Heaven have found themselves caught off-guard. The End Times weren’t supposed to come so soon, but then Hell decided to set them off preemptively as Heaven scrambled to put up a defense for both the final war and to buy God’s creatures on earth a bit more time to finish their business. The trumpets have sounded, the seals have been opened, and havoc has been unleashed across the earth

You, however, are far from that; even in times like these, among the forces of Heaven there’s still work to be done, paperwork to file, and tiny corners to keep watch over. The heavenly back offices are home to God’s career bureaucrats—and now additionally those who do to age, inexperience, or injury, must merely watch the clock tick down to midnight.

AS WE KNOW IT is a live-action roleplaying game for 5-8 players and a Jenga tower loosely based on the mechanics of Dread. In it, the players embody angels in the very last days, make difficult choices about whether to risk to give Creation a little more time, and make their peace with themselves and each other.
