Beta Edition 0.91 - "Missed a Spot"

Hello everyone! I've gotten feedback from a couple people so far, which I've been busy putting to good use. Things that have updated in this version:

• Actually finished the names appendix
• Finished a couple map item entries that were left half-complete
• Adjusted a few painful moves for More Pain™️
• Added moves to force Trouble to generate an Agent
• A few phrasing changes and clarifications
• Tweak to Coluni reflective move
• Coluni & Eleni relationships picklists adjusted slightly
• Tweaks to Outrider and Funerist painful moves

Looking forward to hearing what people think of this update!

Stuff that I'm looking to do in the next version(s):

• Add Agent templates for The World of Men and The World Beyond
• Additional name lists for Cousins for NPC purposes
• Finish short fiction for the Trouble sections (The World of Men, The World Beyond, and the Source still need them)
• Short fiction for each profession / tradition? Admittedly all the fiction might take me from "zine printing" territory to "book printing" and I'm willing to kill my darlings if it makes it easier to streamline the book
